here are a few stories from our life recently. sorry its been so long :)

1.Joshua and I went Explora adult night .with some of our closest friends. And, it was a blast :) all of these people have been such a blessing to our lives in such different ways, and we're so thankful that the Lord has allowed us to be friends with these amazing, godly people.

2.Other big events my blog has yet to share,
would be that Joshua and i have been
attending Mars Hill Church Abq for about 6 months, and we
absolutely love it! It is such a blessing to be apart of the body of Christ,
that loves to serve, and know one anothers needs. The entire focus of this chu
rch is Jesus. And to proclaim Him, and love those that He loves. Also, to live in community as the book of Acts (and the rest of the bible for that matter) teaches. It has been so refreshing for both Joshua and I to be apart of this church, and apart of this community aspect. It's amazing to have the church family to lean on, and to support.
Oh, we also read the Bible for what it says, and not for what we were taught that it says, and are now able to see God in such a bigger way! how amazing, that before time began, He chose His children. My salvation, my life and my faith rests on my father! Its not that i was a sinner, and i realized my need for God, thats foolish to give myself that credit! But, its that God in His sovereignty and grace, decided to have mercy on a sinner like me, and call me to repentance. And i think that is the most beautiful thing i have ever heard.

(Now, before you go and say that we've been brain washed, or that we only chose to think that because we go to mars hill, let me just say, we both came to see this truth before we started coming to this church, and this is one of the main reasons we chose this church.)

3. We went to go see Alice in Wonderland

in 3D with Alysia, and Lacey! It was
pretty good, my favorite part was definitely the reclining leather seats
that you pay the extra $5 for. I say they're worth it!
